Marques de Caceres Gaudium Rioja 2016 is a complex red wine from Spain. Dark, almost impenetrable in color, it combines the uniqueness of small plots with rich balsamic, black cherry, and toasted notes. Artisanal fermentation results in polished tannins with intense flavors of wild fruit, coffee, and dark chocolate. This well-structured wine is produced exclusively in excellent vintages from very old vineyards in Rioja Alta and Rioja Alavesa. Aged 70 years plus, including some pre-phylloxera vineyards over 100 years old, with low yields of less than 1kg of grapes per plant. Available in 75cl bottles, this full-bodied red wine is perfect for any occasion.
