The blend of 30% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier creates a refined champagne with notes of cherry, citrus and green apple.What does our bubbly taste like? It’s a delicate, dry and crisp champagne, with an aroma of green apples and forest fruits. The Pinot Noir grape brings notes of red fruits and a deep flavour, whilst the Pinot Meunier grape adds a further fruity taste.
