Ludlow Distillery Single Malt Whisky, Pedro Ximénez Sherry Cask Edition is painstakingly handcrafted using the finest malted barley and purified water; with a proportion of the malt slowly and gently smoked in a peat kiln. The spirit is triple-distilled before being aged in ex-American bourbon casks, and then Scottish whisky casks. Finally, this limited edition has been finished in a Pedro Ximénez cask. The result: a serious and perfectly balanced single malt. Extremely Rare: only 70 bottles produced. Tasting Notes: Medium-bodied with fragrant notes of heather-honey, malt, a subtle hint of butterscotch and crème caramel, balanced with a rich fruity sweetness of the Pedro Ximénez sherry cask.
