Established in 1859, Maison Louis Jadot is one of the largest in Burgundy, controlling over 150 hectares, with 70 hectares in the Côte d'Or. The winery produces a range of wines, including those under the Domaine des Héritiers Louis Jadot label, which has established a reputation for some of Burgundy's finest wines. The modern winery near Savigny-les-Beaune may not represent the romance of Burgundy, but the wines themselves embody that – beautiful, finely proportioned wines that speak of their maker and their provenance. Louis Jadot has impressive representation throughout Burgundy, rather than specializing in one or a few particular appellations. Their quality and consistency are impressive, considering they bottle both Grand Crus and six Premier Crus in Chambolle-Musigny alone. This Louis Jadot Meursault Charmes Premier Cru is a white wine from the 2020 vintage, available in a 75cl bottle. It is suitable for both men and women.
