This laptop is broken from my experience it has lots of problems like delays and can barely run apps and one of the hinges are very lose. The specs are on the last picture. It's barely usable and you would most likely have to repair to use or purchase for the parts. Yes it will be factory reseted. B,N And SPACEBAR DOES NOT WORK Please look at the pictures carefully before purchasing comes with charger. no returns accepted
