I have upgraded it to 12GB DDR4 RAM. I have normally used an external keyboard and mouse and so the laptop keyboard and touch pad show very, very little signs of wear. Fantastic laptop, I've owned this since new but have now changed my office around and am using a small form desktop due to room.
