Hi lot's of work done on this laptop. replaced lid with a brand new one, replaced heatsink and fan/thermal paste, upgraded ram to 16gb. includes spare chargers, quality braided display port to hdmi cable, dock, couple of batteries but would advise a new one if battery life is important to you. it's been given a good clean out internally and in great condition overall for a 2011 laptop. windows 10 operating system. will list a few more specs later for HDD etc any questions please ask before bidding
