This is a Japanese inspired London Dry Gin distilled with eight botanicals and fresh sansho berries, imported from sustainable sources in the Afan Woodland of Nagano prefecture, Japan. Sansho berries are used extensively in Japanese cuisine and have a distinctly earthy black pepper flavour with a piney citrus aftertaste. The gin has a sweet though peppery juniper flavour, leading to subtle spice and citrus-y notes. It also features zesty orange, piney juniper and a mild black pepper finish. The aroma is of piney juniper, zesty citrus, berry fruits and black pepper. This gin is from Japan and has a 42% ABV. It is a 70cl bottle and is a London Dry Gin.
