A complex, opulent Riesling Beerenauslese of great density and intensity. This wine is made from grapes harvested from K. F. Groebe's oldest Riesling vineyards in Kirchspiel, located on the upper slopes of a south-easterly hillside. The vineyard's unique terrain, composed predominantly of limestone and weathered chalky clay, contributes to the wine's distinct character. Only noble rot shriveled raisin berries are used for this wine, carefully selected individually by hand. The result is a wine with a rich, full-bodied flavor profile and a smooth, velvety texture. Available in a 0.375l/75cl bottle, this wine is perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with a variety of dishes. Unisex.
