On the palate, this is a rich and generous wine, with beautifully integrated acidity, entwined in the fruit, giving zest, vivacity and freshness. It's utterly delicious on its own, and pairs well with oysters, salmon, sashimi, salads with zesty vinaigrettes, spicy Asian dishes, and creamy pastas.
