Ixia (Paniculata) Eos is a recent introduction that is sure to bring admiring glances for the wonderful display it puts on in the early summer garden. Give each bulb a little spacing, as it can produce between 10 and 15 star-shaped flowers. A native of South Africa, plant in a warm south-facing position. The straight stems are good for cutting, ideal for the front of the border or container planting.
