The IronMan Flat Weight Training Bench is a simple but effective training aid that allows you to target all the major muscle groups when weight training. It features a thick padded cushion that is covered in a wipe clean durable PU leather that keeps you comfortable while you train. The wide foot support gives great stability and has a rubber foot to protect flooring. The slimline design of the bench allows for full extension when doing chest exercises. The bench measures 115cm long x 60cm wide x 41.8cm high and weighs 12.8kg it is delivered in a carton that is 121 x 38 x19cm 15.5kg and some assembly is required.
