iPad 10th 64gb WIFI & Cellular Unlocked Faulty Screen

Here we have my sons iPad 10th generation, A2757, 64gb WiFi and cellular. Touch screen on the iPad still works when I have it plugged into the TV. The iPad works but not the screen. The lcd was only broken on the bottom right side.
