Hibernation 2018 is a gin that combines wild fruit harvest botanicals, including wild crab apples, blackberries, and bilberries, with carefully selected classic and locally-foraged botanicals. It's precision-distilled and rested in a very rare White Port cask, making it the world's first gin to be aged in a fully-seasoned White Port barrel. Each bottle is hand signed and lot numbered, recognising extremely limited production. This unisex product is made in Wales by Winebuyers.
