Discover the Herdade do Rocim 'Amphora' White, a 75cl white wine from Alentejo, Portugal. Since its establishment in 2000, Herdade do Rocim has focused on vineyard development, replanting vines, and introducing new varieties. Pioneers in amphora wine production, they follow ancient traditions of vinification in clay pots called Tahla. The vineyard is cultivated manually, and minimal intervention is used in the cellar to create fresh, elegant, and mineral wines. Herdade do Rocim was named Best Wine Producer by Revista de Vinhos in 2018.
