It has been designed for insulating and sealing a cable crotch, or conduit system, and provides an excellent resistance to abrasion and weathering. The Cable Breakout from the HEV Range has been manufactured from a tough cross-linked polyolefin containing a flame retardant. This allows the breakout to be used for both interior and exterior applications. The breakout boot offers excellent electrical and mechanical protection.
