Here, the coolness of altitude tempers the Mediterranean sunshine, to produce wines of Burgundian freshness and elegance. Extremely impressive, the Chardonnay has beautiful white peach, lemon zest and delicate oak character, with a super-soft, rounded, creamy texture.
