Hair Tools Velcro Rollers are easy to use on wet or dry hair. Before using on wet hair, roughly dry with a towel or hairdryer, then section hair, wrap round rollers and the velcro will keep hair/roller in place. A hair net may be used if sleeping in them. When using on dry hair, spray hair with setting lotion, wind in rollers, and allow to dry naturally or blast with a hairdryer to speed the process up.
