This gin was created to celebrate Andrew's 60th birthday and one of his great passions in life - foraging. The key botanicals include rock samphire, rosemary, blackberry, nettle and sloe, as well as crushed Serbian juniper, liquorice, lime and orange zest. The atmospheric label was designed by local designer Oscar Arnold from Studio Arno and depicts one of Port Eynon's iconic landmarks, Culver Hole cave, which was built as a dovecote but had a rumoured smuggling past. The gin is a 60% ABV spirit, available in a 70cl bottle.
