A smooth wine with fine tannins and harmonious acidity. The palate is fleshy and aromatic, with flavors of black fruits and floral notes. It's best served between 14 to 15 degrees Celsius, paired with refined dishes of lamb, poultry, and white meats. This wine is made from 100% Gamay grapes and aged for 3 to 4 years. The vineyard of Domaine Pardon represents 7 hectares on the Cru Fleurie, with a soil of granitic sand and granite. The grapes are hand-picked at full maturity in late September, using semi-carbonic maceration for 8 days.
