A beautiful, pure golden yellow color. The wine is initially closed, but opens up after half an hour. It has a rich flavor reminiscent of ripe pears, herbs, and chamomile, with a hint of animal skin characteristic of juhfark. The wine also has a fresh effect, with a subtle crushed stone taste. The flavor is further enhanced by a pear taste with an almost jam-like ripeness. The wine is made from 100% juhfark grapes, harvested in late September and fermented in old oak barrels and steel tanks.
