The EQ45 4-Band Parametric EQ is based on the circuit model of the Urei 545 parametric EQ. Modelled on the circuitry of the sought-after Urei 545 the EQ45 combines classic analogue character with the precision and flexibility of modern digital processing. Its four fully parametric bands provide detailed control over frequency gain and bandwidth making it easy to make subtle tonal adjustments or more pronounced corrective moves. Dedicated 24dB/octave high and low-cut Butterworth filters help remove unwanted low-end rumble and excessive high-frequency content without complicating your workflow. An EQ bypass switch also allows you to use the filter sections independently when needed. To help maintain clean signal integrity the EQ45 includes transient-aware overload protection while a collection of instrument-specific presets provides a useful starting point for shaping tracks and refining mixes.
