The Steampipes unique architecture is built around three core sections: STEAM PIPE and REVERBERATOR. STEAM acts as the breath of the instrument shaping airflow with a detailed generator and envelope that control force and character. You can even replace the initial noise element with external audio for more experimental textures. PIPE forms and tunes the tone using feedback and delay structures allowing you to move from flute-like clarity to resonant inharmonic colours. The REVERBERATOR then adds depth and space placing your sound in anything from an intimate room to a vast environment. With eight-voice polyphony flexible mono and unison modes five assignable LFOs and a powerful modulation matrix the Steampipe adapts easily to wind MIDI controllers MPE setups and standard keyboards. Preset storage and USB management make it ready for both stage and studio exploration.
