Elio Sandri Cascina Disa 'Perno' Riserva Barolo 2016 Red Wine 75cLBy Winebuyers

£119

Elio Sandri's Cascina Disa 'Perno' Riserva is a red wine from Italy, produced since 1965. The winery is based in Monforte d'Alba, where the Sandri family farms their vineyards with minimal intervention. The wine is made from vines that are at least 35 years old, growing in iron-rich sandstone and limestone clay with south-east exposure. It's fermented in concrete and aged for a minimum of three years in 225L barrels. This Barolo Riserva is a powerful wine with dark cherry, savoury, herbaceous, and liquorice complexity, and persistent tannins and a long finish. It's a wine of modern style, ripe and exuberant, and considered by many to be one of the best in the region. Available in a 75cL bottle, suitable for both men and women.

Elio Sandri Cascina Disa 'Perno' Riserva Barolo 2016 Red Wine 75cL is an ideal choice for wine connoisseurs and experienced collectors seeking a rare, highly-rated premium Barolo wine.
