Sisal Mops are fast cutting and commonly used after abrasive operations to get a dull finish prior to other polishing operations, if needed. They are commonly used on harder metals such as stainless steel, steel, iron, hard brass and titanium. Sometimes on Aluminium but this is less common as Sisals can fast cutting and be to aggressive on softer materials. Can be used with Super heavy cutting compound such as Menzerna 523LBZ, Carbrax or other Grey compounds but can also be used with medium cutting compounds such as Menzerna P14 , 1487 Pink, Menzerna 439T, SS17 and many other compounds. Sisal’s remove 240- 600 grit marks depending of which compound is used.
