A fantastic aged rum from the Doorly's range, featuring Bajan rum from the Foursquare Distillery which has enjoyed a second maturation in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This extra maturation imparts a wealth of fruit, dark chocolate and oaky spices to the rum's flavour profile. On the palate it has fresh flowers, oak, potpourri, cedar, honey, toffee apples. It has a long finish with muscovado sugar and oak-led spices. Made in Barbados, this rum is suitable for sipping neat.
