1 x 75cl. Alsace Grand Cru by Domaine J Gsell, an organic Gewurztraminer. Vendanges tardives are the grapes harvested after the noble rot has started to present itself, resulting in a high concentration of sugar that the natural yeast is killed before all the sugar is consumed and turned into alcohol. This leaves us with a sweet wine of great complexity and finesse, with an intensity of flavours that are simply overwhelming. It's a wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or dessert and also pairs perfectly well with foie gras or strong blue cheeses, making it a great choice for those who enjoy a sweet and rich wine.
