Domaine de la Janasse, Cuvee Chaupin, Chateauneuf du Pape, 2015 is a 75cl red wine. The producer, Domaine de la Janasse, was founded by Aime Sabon in 1973 and is now run by his children, Isabelle and Christophe. The domaine has 18 hectares under vine in the commune of Courtezon, with a substantial portion in the prestigious 'La Crau' lieu-dit. The vineyards are currently under conversion to organic farming, with certification expected in 2024. The wines of Janasse are known for their richness and depth, with a fine tannic structure and finely textured wines that develop finesse in the bottle. The Cuvee Chaupin is 100% Grenache from vines dating back to 1912, predominantly from the 'Chapouin' lieu-dit. This wine is suitable for both men and women.
