Domaine Billard Père et Fils Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 'La Justice' 2023 is a properly delicious white Burgundy. It is classical and refined in style with toasty, buttery indulgence behind some bright citrus and baked apple fruit character. Rich, layered and classy on the palate with a subtle white pepper spice. At once soft and creamy with a bright freshness. This wine is from a family domain for four generations, based in La Rochepot in Hautes Côtes de Beaune. The winemaker, Jérôme Billard, has been at the helm since 1999, and he is training his son Louis Billard in the family's know-how.
