Domaine Billard Père et Fils Coteaux Bourguignons Blanc 'La Boule de Billard' 2023 is a fresh and juicy Chardonnay. This citrusy and light wine has a little green apple crunch. The palate is round but not heavy and lovely and soft. It's great with light summer salads and white fish dishes. A great entry point to Burgundy. Coteaux Bourguignons is a regional appellation in the North East of Burgundy where the grapes can come from a larger, yet still defined area. The Domaine Billard Père et Fils has been a family domain for four generations, based in La Rochepot in Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
