Dell Latitude 9430 Laptop, i7-1265U, 16GB DDR4 - FAULTY #601

This Laptop does not turn on, nothing on the screen. I have connected to an external screen just to see if it maybe the screen but still nothing. as I have no screen, none of the connected parts are tested and potentially anything could be FAULTY.
