CVC88 is a limited edition Tempranillo (only 2,057 bottles) by Miguel and Marcos Eguren, a tribute to their father. From the north-facing San Pelayo vineyard, it embodies elegance, complexity, and character which is perfect for ageing. Planted by Guillermo Eguren in 1960, this 100% Tempranillo plot covers 1.49 hectares. CVC represents "Conjunto de Varias Cosechas," combining the virtues of the 2007, 2010, and 2012 vintages. Aged separately in new French oak barrels, each vintage's unique traits are preserved. The union of these exceptional pieces took place in January 2019, after an average ageing of 98 months.
