This Cramele Recas 'Calusari' Pinot Noir 2023 is a 75cl wine. It has gorgeous flavours, almost syrupy in its concentration, with dark, rich and potent notes of black cherry, raspberry and cinnamon. The wine also has layers of fruit cake and spicy aromatics, leading to a lovely long and lingering finish. It pairs well with semi-hard cheeses, salmon, tuna, pork dishes made in the oven, duck, and turkey in red sauce.
