1 x 75cl Clos Signadore, produced in Corsica, is a white wine from the A Mandria 2022, Patrimonio vintage. Made from 100% Vermentinu grapes sourced from two different parcels of Patrimonio, the wine is hand-harvested and undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation without added yeast. It's aged in steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit. The wine has a pale yellow color with hints of green, and a subtle nose with citrus and white pepper notes. The palate is tight, with a nervous feel, and the finish is marked by a sensation of salivating flavor, enhanced by discreet bitters. This wine gives off a feeling of maturity and energy.
