This Sauternes estate dates back to 1630 and the chateau was built in 1709 by Romain de Filhot. After the French Revolution it passed to the Our Saluces family. Today it is owned and managed by Gabriel de Vaucelles, a descendent of Filhot. The 2009 vintage was fabulous for the sweet wines of Bordeaux. A typical blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Muscadelle. The bottle is 75cl and has an ABV of 12%. The condition of the bottle is good, with a good capsule and label, and the wine level is in the neck.
