Chateau de Beaucastel's Roussanne Vieilles Vignes is a white wine from the Chateauneuf du Pape region. The estate, arguably the leading one in Chateauneuf-du-Pape, has a history dating back to 1549 when it was founded by the Beaucastel family. A large estate of 130 hectares, the bulk of which is Chateauneuf-du-Pape, is farmed organically since the 1950s and now biodynamically since 1974. This wine is based on predominantly Roussanne, but also uses the five other grapes in the estate's white wine production. The wine is available in a 75cl size and is suitable for both men and women.
