The 2008 La Guette is a cuvée from the best Premier Cru plots of the winery. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it was disgorged after 13 years on the fine lees in October 2022. This champagne has a very fine, elegant, fragrant nose with a chalky, mineral character and delicate toasty, nutty aromas. It is balanced, soft and creamy with sweet butter and brioche flavours.
