This Casa Silva Cool Coast Sauvignon Gris 2022 is a pale yellow wine with green hues, clean and brilliant. It has a high aromatic intensity with notes of orange blossom, lemon yellow, white pear, fresh pineapple and bay leaves. The palate is high, fresh, with good acidity and herbaceous and citrus flavors, along with a slight hint of salinity at the end. The finish is balanced and floral. It's ideal with grilled sole fish and mini green salads.
