The Casa Relvas Redondo 2020 is a 75cl red wine from Portugal's Alentejo region. It's a blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira, and Castelao grapes, made using a philosophy of modernisation with historic perspective. The wine is wild-fermented with a small proportion of whole bunches and aged in a 5000L foudre. It's a ripe and juicy wine with a great mix of warming, dark plummy fruit and crunchy red berries, along with earthy, almost clay-like minerality and grippy fine tannin on the palate. The finish is kept fresh with good acidity, making it uncomplicated and easy-going. This wine is suitable for both men and women to enjoy.
