Camassia Silk River is a pretty recent introduction. The lime-green buds open to reveal the open star-shaped flowers along the stems. Silk River is growing shorter than its brothers and sisters, but it still has the wow factor. Camassias are excellent for naturalising in the woodland garden, meadow or garden border and will tolerate moist conditions in the garden that are well drained.
