Calmel & Joseph's 'Ams Tram Gram Le Roi' Cinsault 2023 is a tasty wine. Soft, vibrant and crunchy with fresh raspberry, mango and a little black pepper. The wine deserves just 30 minutes in the fridge to liven everything up a touch and make the subtle tannins feel almost non-existent. The palate wakes up to wild strawberries, fig and sweet almond and ends with dried herbs like thyme, oregano and mint. Warm, juicy and really very tasty. This is what Cinsault was born to do.
