good used condition. signs of use from over its years. boxed with all inserts plays well and battery holds up ok. got a full hour with full brightness and volume before it started flashing at me includes a couple of games and movies. has an in car charger and a 3rd party mains charger. also includes a nice carry case for everything. does not include a memory card
