Both games are still factory sealed. Arkham Asylum disc is secure and wrapper is immaculate. The disc is loose inside the steelbook. Please note there is a wrapper tear on the back wrapper and sticker there too of the steelbook- the last photo shows this. Please check all photos which show the exact condition.
