Betta Basics is specially designed to provide an optimal environment for both Bettas and plants. Betta Basics eliminates chlorine and chloramine and detoxifies ammonia. It buffers water to a pH of 7.0 and provides a healthy environment for fish and plants. As Bettas are often kept in unfiltered, low-volume s, it is therefore necessary to prevent the appearance of nitrates, nitrites and ammonia. Instructions:Use with every water change.
