All manufacturer warranties, obligations and liabilities are void. I haven't received my order yet, where is it?. Do you have more detailed information on this item?. There are scratches/dents to the lid and casing with scratches/marks to the bottom cover as well as the oleophobic coating coming off the screen (see photos provided).
