Iphone X - The back glass is cracked and the front has had a screen replacement at some point which has been done poorly so has caused Face ID to not correctly work. With a new screen replacement, Face ID will work. I believe the Face ID module is just not aligned correctly with the screen. Other than that, to my knowledge, there are no other issues. see the test report that is attached. The NFC, Proximity sensor and light sensor do work, the test is just not supported on this model. the only failure is biometrics (Face ID)
