It has been used with a screen protecter and case its whole life. A third party stylus not made by apple is included which has magnetic charging and supports drawing at an angle. the ipad comes with a pre installed screen protector, a spare screen protector, and a carry case. The serial number can be seen on the back. (Charger is not included).
