This has served the kids so well before they got a new one from the grandparents for Christmas. It has general wear and tear. The battery is pretty terrible, I would say it last only a couple hours and charges really slowly. The screen sometimes looks like it has blemishes on it. The buttons also feel a little stuck at times. This is not a perfect device but works well and is perfect as a first tablet for kids! It doesn’t really lag like the android competitors despite its age. No returns for the above reasons.
