André van Rensburg's signature white wine, described by Richard Kelley MW as 'the greatest winemaker in the world'. This is a serious barrel-fermented Sauvignon with a small inclusion of Semillon for texture and softness. Initially taut and bone dry with a zippy acidity, the wine unfolds its layers of grapefruit, hay and elderberry to reveal a stoney, slate-like minerality on a savoury palate.
