This Allendorf N/V Sekt Brut is a 75cl sparkling wine produced through the traditional method of bottle fermentation. The second fermentation gives this wine nice sparkles that are not too aggressive and creamy. On the palate, it has hints of raspberry and strawberry with a slight touch of yeast.
